Return and refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item.

Return conditions

• The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed).
• Email us at info@luxoriencars.ca before sending the item back.
• Include your order number in your message.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product: in that case we cover it.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchange

To switch fit (V1 ↔ V2) or pattern, email us at info@luxoriencars.ca and we'll arrange the exchange.

Non-returnable items

Items used, washed or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for a refund.
