V1 or V2: how do I choose?
Look at the accelerator pedal. If it hangs down from above, choose V1. If it is hinged at the floor, choose V2. The pedal decides, not the size or model of the car. Our V1 / V2 guide shows the difference.
Will the mats fit my car?
They are universal mats: a set of 4 (driver, passenger, 2 rear) with clips, made for most sedans, SUVs and compacts. They can also go on top of your original mats.
What are the mats made of?
High-density synthetic fibres, high-resolution digital print and a non-slip rubber backing. They resist stains, spills and daily wear.
How do I care for the mats?
Vacuum regularly. For a stain, dab with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air-dry. Avoid the washing machine and soaking.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada and takes 3 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to ask for a refund or an exchange. Email info@luxoriencars.ca to start a return.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Luxoriencars is a Canadian brand based in Montréal.
